I am always searching for green spaces in the city and I love to source and cook local and seasonal ingredients. Using my hands and senses makes me feel connected to nature.

Taking the time to slow down, notice and smell your local flowers and plants. We are surrounded by them daily but often forget to stop and smell the roses!
