Hon Mirin is a sweet rice liqueur that is made from fermented rice, brown glutinous rice, and alcohol. After being fermented in rum oak barrels for two years, it is then matured for two months in whiskey barrels. This results in a naturally sweet, golden-colored ferment that is imbued with flavors of dried fruit, whiskey, caramel, roasted rice, and vanilla.
