Soba Shiro Tamari
A white soy sauce based on organic German buckwheat, which undergoes natural fermentation in barrique barrels for about 10 months. It has a mild yellowish hue with a blend of partly floral, earthy, and spicy aromas. As it doesn't contain any beans, it has a particularly mild taste.
42% buckwheat (Middle Franconia) from controlled organic cultivation, spring water (Brandenburg), sea salt (Algave), A.oryzae.
How to enjoy daily
Use it as a condiment or seasoning for light vegetables, salad, and white fish. You can also experiment and use it as a substitute for regular soy sauce in your favorite recipes.
